As the world re-opens its borders, tourists are travelling, fans are watching sporting events, and most importantly legal professionals are attending CPDs. While “The Last of Us” has made us thankful for avoiding a fungal pandemic (and resulted in the removal of mushroom risotto from the weekly dinner rotation), the effects of COVID are still being felt in commercial affairs and litigation.
