The recent decision of the Supreme Court of NSW in Boulos Constructions Pty Ltd v Warrumbungle Shire Council [2022] NSWSC 1368 (Warrumbungle) has clarified that everyone involved in construction work owes the owners of land on which which construction work is done a statutory duty of care.  Read More Here.
