Background

Matthew practices at Greenway Chambers in Sydney and Aickin Chambers in Melbourne.

Matthew has a national practice that covers all aspects of employment, industrial and workplace health and safety law. He also appears in administrative law proceedings, regulatory prosecutions, inquires and inquests.

Matthew acts for clients across a broad range of industries, including building and construction, mining, aviation, financial services, health, education, transport, retail, manufacturing, power generation and stevedoring. Matthew also acts for various State and Federal agencies.
